Barbara O’Neill at Rutgers has done quite a bit of research on this topic. I am sure she would be happy to discuss with you. Her email address is oneill@aesop.rutgers.edu

I use the Virtual Busines simulation from Knowledge Matters. The first two lessons are about time management and health laying the groundwork for the students to live well-rounded lives. Those concepts are woven throughout the rest of the lelssons as well.

Not sure if you’ve reached out to Barbara yet, but here’s one of her quizzes relating to the topic of health and wealth. We use it in one of our lessons in our Budgeting unit. http://njaes.rutgers.edu/money/health-finance-quiz/
