The case study provides teachers with a tremendous tool to hone their students’ decision making skills. Case studies allow students to apply their knowledge to real-life situations. They encourage students to evaluate different courses of action in ambiguous situations where the “right” answer does not exist. Finally, they present personal finance issues in a holistic manner rather than compartmentalizing them.

Teachers who attended this webinar:

(1) Learned different approaches to implementing case studies in the classroom.
(2) Learned the components of what makes an effective case study so they can develop their own.
(3) Previewed several of the case studies in the NGPF online library.
